HEALthy Hearts Thrive is a grassroots, faith-rooted nonprofit organization based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We serve Black youth, families, and individuals navigating trauma, grief, emotional disconnection, and life instability.
Our work is grounded in lived experience, community trust, and a deep commitment to healing that honors culture, faith, and dignity.
